GreenFirst Announces Director Resignation

TORONTO, February 01, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GreenFirst Forest Products Inc. (TSX: GFP) ("GreenFirst") announces the retirement of Rick Doman from its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

In the coming weeks, GreenFirst will be planning to announce a number of expense reduction measures, including a reduction in the size of its Board of Directors in keeping with the reduced size and location of its operations.
