中國服飾控股(01146.HK)公布，間接持股49%的珠海信保於昨日(24日)與格力股權成立合夥企業「珠海格金信保聯合投資」，設立期限為7年，總資本出資為1,000萬元人民幣，規劃以自有資金從事投資、社會經濟諮詢服務、企業管理及企業管理諮詢業務。
另外，中國服飾的全資子公司廣東君瑞於同日與珠海格金信保聯合投資及珠海興格，訂立另一份合夥協議，將共同出資1億元人民幣，成立私募股權基金「珠海格金信保股權投資基金」，經營範圍包括股權投資、投資管理、資產管理等，當中廣東君瑞將出資5,500萬元人民幣。
