宏安地產(01243.HK)執行董事程德韻表示，集團旗下黃大仙薈鳴加推價單第5號，推出開放式、1房及2房中層至高層單位。價單第5號共涉23伙單位，當中開放式佔3伙、1房佔13伙及2房佔7伙。按120天現金付款計劃最高折扣照售價減30%計算，折扣後售價由387.9萬至744.5萬。
宏安地產營業及市務高級經理陳永盟表示，項目將於周六進行首輪銷售，推售共165伙，涵蓋開放式至2房間隔。首輪銷售將於明天(11日)下午6時截票，並於周六(13日)上午開售。買家可揀選最少1個及最多2個指名住宅物業。
