The Toronto Venture Exchange will remain the primary platform for the trading of TriStar shares.

The Company has undertaken a detailed review of the trading of its common shareholders on the OTC platforms and has determined that the majority of its United States resident shareholders still trade their Company's common shares on the Toronto Venture Exchange and a move from the OTCQX to the OTCQB will realize significant cost savings.
