Boustead Heavy Industries Corp Bhd (BHIC) has extended, for the fourth time, the conditional period for the RM1 billion sale of a 20.77% stake in Boustead Naval Shipyard Sdn Bhd (BNS) to the Ministry of Finance, Inc.
