餐務管理協會主席梁振華在電台節目上表示，業界反映今晚冬至普遍首輪訂座爆滿，但次輪訂座反應較差，不少市民對晚上8時後外出晚餐感抗拒。他預料，酒樓生意會較往年有約一成增長，但只回復到疫前的七成水平。
他指，由於人工及原材料等成本增加，酒樓每圍冬至飯由去年約3,000元增至今年近4,000元。至於酒店聖誕自助餐訂座率理想，大部分已滿額。他續指，飲食業持續人手不足，據他了解，首批外勞最快明年3月到埗。(ca/u)
