Digital Ally, Inc. (NASDAQ:DGLY) ("Digital Ally") and Clover Leaf Capital Corp. (NASDAQ:CLOE) ("CLOE"), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), and Kustom Entertainment, Inc.
