Wing Tai acquires property in Melbourne for $24.7m 

The acquisition will not have a material impact on the group’s net asset value.

Wing Tai Holdings Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Wincrown, has acquired  11-27 Tavistock Place, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, for $24.7m (AUD28m).

Wing Tai acquired the property from CitiPower and has completed the acquisition. 

In a bourse filing, the company said it does not expect the acquisition to have a material impact on the group’s net asset value. 

1 SGD = 1.13 AUD
