通訊事務管理局公布，以行政方法指配的頻譜徵收頻譜使用費收費計劃每五年進行一次檢討，第一次檢討已於今年完成，在考慮檢討結果及諮詢業界後，決定沿用現行篩選徵收頻譜使用費的準則，並維持現行六段頻帶須繼續繳付頻譜使用費，同時商務及經濟發展局局長亦決定維持現有頻譜使用費水平。
