- Canterra Minerals (TSXV:CTM:CA) (OTCQB:CTMCF) said on Wednesday that the resource company intends to effect a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 12.3M flow-through shares at $0.065 per share to raise up to C$800,000.
- The proceeds from the private placement financing will be used to fund further exploration programs, including drilling on the company's resource stage critical minerals deposits in central Newfoundland.
