According to the Zhitong Finance App, Bauhaus International (00483) announced that Mak Wing-kit has proposed to resign as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the Audit Committee and the respective members of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; and Wong Bing-leung has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee respectively. The above changes will take effect from November 30, 2023.
