According to the Zhitong Finance App, Dongjian International (00329) announced that Zhu Jianming has resigned as the company secretary of the company, will no longer act as the company authorized representative under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules, and authorized company representative (legal process agent) representing the company in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to receive legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong, China, effective from November 8, 2023.

Mak Kai-fung will be appointed as company secretary, authorized representative and legal process agent, effective November 8, 2023.
