智通财经APP讯，宏海控股集团(08020)发布公告，于2023年9月15日，上市复核委员会对公司作出的申请以复核GEM上市委员会根据GEM第9.14A条取消公司股份于GEM上市的决定进行聆讯。
于2023年9月28日，公司接获联交所的函件，通知公司，上市复核委员会在仔细考虑所有事实及证据以及公司及上市科提交的所有资料后，决定推翻GEM上市委员会决定。
公司股份继续停牌。
