天任集团（01429）发布公告，梁荣海亦不再担任上市规则第3.05条所规定公司的授权代表及根据公司条例（香港法例第622章）在香港代公司接收法律程序文件或通知的公司的授权代表（统称“授权代表”），自2023年9月22日起生效。
于梁荣海辞任授权代表后，董事会欣然宣布，董事会主席、行政总裁及执行董事梁任祥已于2023年9月22日获委任为授权代表。
