(TSXV: LPC) ("LPCP" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Bellwether Investment Management Inc. ("Bellwether"), made a capital contribution into a partnership, and also announced the issuance of shares pursuant to its Employee Share Savings Plan ("ESSP").

Bellwether contributed $181,000 to Impact Asset Management LP ("Impact"), an Ontario limited partnership, governed pursuant to a limited partnership agreement dated May 13, 2022. Impact has $16 million in assets under management, all of which are being managed by Bellwether.
