TORONTO, ON / ACCESSWIRE / August 25, 2023 / E2Gold Inc. (TSXV:ETU), (OTCQB:ETUGF) is pleased to announce that it proposes to complete a private placement (the "Offering") pursuant to which it will issue up to 25,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.03 per Unit, to raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $750,000.
