智通财经APP讯，王氏国际(00099)公布2023年中期业绩，收益约16.81亿港元，同比增长7.8%;净利8941.1万港元，同比减少6.41%;每股盈利0.19港元，中期股息每股3港仙。
公告称，盈利减少主要由于融资成本增加港币2270万元及于2022年确认视为出售一间联营公司的收益港币1500万元，抵销EMS部门分部利润增加港币3330万元。该集团已订立名义本金额为港币15亿元的利率掉期合约以对冲利率风险。
