Prophecy DeFi Announces Closing of Debt Settlement
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 3, 2023) - Prophecy DeFi Inc. (CSE: PDFI) ("Prophecy DeFi" or the "Company"), announces that it has settled an aggregate of $105,000 of indebtedness owed to certain creditors through the issuance of an aggregate of 700,000 common shares (each, a "Common Share") in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.15 per Common Share (the "Debt Settlement").
