(CSE:PMED)(OTCQB:PMEDF)(FRA:3QP) (the "Company" or "Predictmedix") is pleased to announce that it has completed its name change from "Predictmedix Inc." to "Predictmedix AI Inc." (the "Name Change"). The articles of the Company provide the directors with the authority to change the name of the Company by way of directors resolution without consent of the shareholders. Common shares owned by shareholders of the Company will automatically be adjusted as a result of the Name Change and no further action is required to be taken by shareholders.
