It is planned to start construction in the second half of 2019, with a construction period of three and a half years, and is expected to be completed and put into use by the end of 2022.
The project is located in the center of Luohu District, Shenzhen City, southeast of the confluence of Buxin Road and Wenjin North Road, Baili North Road to the east, Shuibei Road to the south, Block 03 of Teli-Jimeng Gold Jewelry Industrial Park, Shuibei Station of Rail Transit Longgang Line is located in the north of the planning area, and the renovation land is all located in the hinterland of 300 meters of subway stations.
The project plans to build a gold jewelry industry complex project of gold jewelry exhibition market platform / gold jewelry industry enterprise R & D and design, management headquarters gathering / business services and other supporting enterprise office aggregation. the overall planning and design of the project is consistent with the style of the first phase of Teli Shuibei Jewelry Building.
According to Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Land and Resources Commission's "Special Plan for upgrading and renovation of Teli-Jimeng Gold Jewelry Industrial Park" (Shenzhen Regulation Earth letter [2011] No. 837) and "Special Plan for upgrading and Transformation of Teli-Jimeng Gold Jewelry Industry Park (adjustment plan)" (letter from Shenzhen Planning and Land Resources Bureau [2012] No. 1429), the project "Teri Shuibei Jewelry Building Phase II Project" It is located in lot 03 of Tili-Jimeng Gold Jewelry Industrial Park, which is part of the pilot project of the first eleven cities in Shenzhen. The planned construction land area of the project is 4660 square meters, the planned volume ratio is 8.37, and the total planned construction area is 52500 square meters. Among them, the construction area is 39021 square meters.
