The collection company has granted the exclusive right to draw raw water from the Changtan water reservoir (the largest reservoir in Taizhou according to water storage capacity). The sale of raw water, municipal water supply and tap water is determined by the landmark department. The collection company must sell its raw water, municipal water supply and tap water according to the relevant Jin Dingge. Most of the revenue comes from the sale of raw water and municipal water supply to Taizhou municipal water supply service providers.
