The company's building services mainly include the construction of new buildings such as residential, commercial and industrial buildings, while maintenance and maintenance services include general warranty, maintenance, improvement, renovation, alteration and addition of existing facilities, parts of the building and the surrounding environment. Through the rich's construction knowledge and experience, the company has established strong relationships with a number of well-established property developers in Hong Kong over the years and has undertaken a number of building projects, including the Queen's Road Central project, the conduit Road project, the Shau Kei Road project and the Shau Kei Road project.
