Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - June 15, 2023) - Westmount Minerals Corp. (CSE: WMC) ("Westmount" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the closing of its non-brokered, private placement financing of $250,000 priced at $0.05 per Unit. 5,000,000 Share Units have been issued, with each Unit consisting of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable into one common share for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of $0.075 for the first year and $0.10 for the second year.

Finders' fees of $11,125 and Finders' warrants of 222,500 have been paid. Each Finders' warrant is exercisable into one common share for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of $.075 per share. The shares are subject to a four month hold period which expires in October 2023.

Proceeds from the financing shall be used for exploration activities on Westmount's Ontario lithium and critical minerals projects as well as working capital and general corporate activities.
