("Gratomic", "GRAT" or the "Company") (TSXV:GRAT)(OTCQX:CBULF)(Frankfurt:CB82) announces that it has completed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering of working capital units ("WC Units") at a price of $0.30 per WC Unit (the "Offering") with the placement of 1,515,000 WC Units for gross proceeds of $454,500. The Company raised a total of $4,602,689.40 pursuant to the Offering.

Each WC Unit consists of one (1) Common Share and one (1) Common Share purchase warrant (a "WC Warrant"). Each WC Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one (1) Common Share (a "WC Warrant Share") at a price of $0.45 per WC Warrant Share until between May 26 and May 29, 2025.

A finder's fee of $16,800 was paid to an eligible intermediary and 56,000 broker warrants ("Broker Warrants") were issued. Each Broker Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one (1) common share of the Company at a price of $0.45 until May 29, 2025.

The securities issued on this closing of the Offering are subject to a hold periods expiring between September 27 and September 30, 2023.

Proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working capital and for operating capital for the Company's Aukam Project.
