Jaxon Announces Resignation of CFO
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 11, 2023) - Jaxon Mining Inc. (TSXV: JAX) (FSE: 0U31) (OTC Pink: JXMNF) ("Jaxon" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Alain Voisin as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. Mr. Voisin will facilitate the transition to the new CFO whose appointment will be announced in the coming days.
