(CSE: WMC) ("Westmount" or the "Company") announces that it has changed its auditor from Harbourside CPA, LLP (the "Former Auditor") to Davidson & Company LLP (the "Successor Auditor") effective November 1, 2022. The board of directors of the Company appointed the Successor Auditor as the new auditor until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company or until such time as determined by the Board of Directors.

There are no disagreements or consultations (as those terms are defined in NI 51-102) in connection with the change of auditor nor have there been any reservations or modifications in the Former Auditor's reports on the Company's financial statements relating to the period during which it was auditor.

The Company has sent a Notice of Change of Auditor (the "Notice") to the Former Auditor and to the Successor Auditor and has received a letter from each, addressed to the securities commissions in each of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario stating that they agree with the information contained in the Notice.
