(TSXV: QCX) (OTCQB: QCXGF) (FSE: 21MA) ("QcX" or the "Company") announces that the British Columbia Securities Commission has issued a Decision of the Commission dated October 11, 2022, with respect to various findings against the former management and former qualified person of the Company. The contraventions occurred between October 2014 and November 2017. None of the findings, sanctions, or penalties in the Decision of the Committee relate to the current directors or officers of the Company or the Company itself.

Since new management was appointed in October 2019, the Company's focus has been on its newly acquired properties, the Golden Giant and the Fernet Properties, located in the Province of Quebec, and no longer owns any assets in Mexico, specifically the Hilda Property.
