天眼查App显示，近日，新东方关联公司北京新东方迅程网络科技股份有限公司新增案件开庭公告，原告为苏炳添，案由为网络侵权责任纠纷，该案将于10月27日在北京互联网法院开庭。
此前，苏炳添曾起诉南京鼓楼新东方进修学校，案由同为网络侵权责任纠纷。开庭公告显示，该案已于9月23日在广州互联网法院开庭。
