(CSE: BLGV) ("Belgravia Hartford", "Belgravia" or the "Company") is pleased to announce during the month ended February 28, 2022, Belgravia Hartford purchased through its normal course issuer bid ("NCIB") for cancellation, a total of 277,000 common shares ("Common Shares") at an average price of $0.147 per share. As of February 28, 2022, the Company has purchased for cancellation approximately 13.79% of a maximum number of Common Shares that may be acquired pursuant to the NCIB. Accordingly, our issued and outstanding Common Shares after cancellation is 46,803,285. The NCIB will terminate on the earlier of (i) February 3, 2023, and (ii) the date on which the Company has purchased for cancellation the maximum of 2,354,014 Common Shares pursuant to the NCIB.
