While the accommodation operator's Australian market has been under performing, it may improve next year with Australia's plan to reopen borders to international students, which will boost demand for Centurion's student accommodation, UOB Kay Hian says. Also, the Singapore government's decision to allow more foreign workers into the city-state is also expected to boost demand for its migrant worker accommodation, it says.
