Gelonghui Lithium Industry (002466.SZ) announced on September 13th that the 19th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors of the company adopted a resolution on the issue of H shares by the company and listing on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. It agreed that the company should issue overseas listed foreign capital shares (H shares) and apply for listing on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

On the premise of complying with the regulatory regulations such as the minimum proportion of shares to be issued where the company is listed, and combined with the capital requirements of the company's future business development, the number of H shares issued this time shall not exceed 20% of the total share capital of the company after the issue (before the exercise of the over-allotment right) or the minimum proportion of shares listed in the company (whichever is the higher), and the lead underwriter shall be granted an over-allotment option of no more than 15% of the above-mentioned H shares. The final number of issues shall be submitted to the shareholders' general meeting to authorize the board of directors or the authorized person of the board of directors to determine in accordance with legal provisions, regulatory approval and market conditions

It is agreed that the funds raised from the overseas listed foreign capital shares (H shares) will be used for the following items (including, but not limited to, existing debt repayment, capacity expansion and replenishment of working capital) after deducting the issuance fees. The specific purpose and investment plan of the funds raised shall be subject to the disclosure of the H-share prospectus.
