Petrobras Global Finance B.V. (PGF) has announced the redemption price for its 5.299% Global Notes due 2025, with the redemption date set for December 27, 2024. The total redemption amount will be US$606.7 million, or approximately US$1,022.51 per US$1,000 principal amount, which includes a make-whole premium of US$0.43 per US$1,000.Holders will receive accrued and unpaid interest of US$22.08 per US$1,000 principal amount, calculated from July 27, 2024, to the redemption date. Following the redemption, the Notes will be delisted from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and all related guarantees will be cancelled. PGF plans to fund the redemption using available cash on hand.
