Aclarion has amended its equity line agreement with White Lion Capital, extending the expiration date from December 31, 2024, to December 31, 2025. The company has utilized $3.2 million of the $10 million facility through September 2024, leaving approximately $6.8 million available for future share sales.The amendment introduces two additional share pricing methods - Accelerated Purchase and Pre-Market Purchase - alongside existing Fixed Purchase, VWAP Purchase, and Rapid Purchase options. As consideration, Aclarion issued 560,915 commitment shares to White Lion Capital.The purchase price under the various methods ranges from 85% to 90% of the reference price, determined by different timing and VWAP calculations.
