Lotus Technology Inc.'s wholly-owned subsidiary, Lotus Technology Innovative Limited (LTIL), has entered into a share transfer agreement with Geely UK Limited for the sale of 800,000 shares in Lotus Tech Innovation Center GmbH (LTIC), a German subsidiary. The transaction, valued at €10.88 million, was completed simultaneously with the agreement signing on September 27, 2024.Following the completion of this strategic transaction, Geely now holds an 80% controlling stake in LTIC's share capital, marking a significant shift in the ownership structure of Lotus's German innovation center.
