On September 9, 2024, Sirius XM Holdings, Inc. completed its merger with Radio Merger Sub, LLC, a subsidiary of Liberty Sirius XM Holdings Inc., following approval from Sirius XM shareholders on August 23, 2024. As a result of the merger, Sirius XM's common shares have been converted into the right to receive 0.10 of a New Sirius common share. In conjunction with the merger, the option symbol for Sirius XM will change from SIRI to SIRI1, effective September 10, 2024. The new deliverable per contract will be 10 new Sirius XM Holdings Inc. common shares, with the underlying price for SIRI1 determined by multiplying the SIRI price by 0.10. Post-merger, New Sirius will be renamed Sirius XM Holdings Inc. and will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol 'SIRI'.
