Mr. Yingqiu Liu has resigned as an independent director and stepped down from the audit committee and nominating and corporate governance committee. The company confirmed that Liu's departure was not due to any disagreement.Mr. Gang Chu has been appointed as Liu's successor, joining as an independent director and member of both committees. Chu brings extensive capital markets experience, having served as Chief Operating Officer and management committee member at China International Capital Corporation (CICC) from 2015 to 2024. His prior experience includes various leadership roles at CICC and a 15-year tenure at Citigroup, where he held positions including managing director of Citigroup Alternative Investments.
