Henderson brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Azenta Inc. and BioXcel Therapeutics Inc., where he led technical accounting and financial reporting. He also held various accounting positions at GE Capital Corporation from 2006 to 2022.As part of his compensation package, Henderson will receive an annual base salary of $245,000 and a one-time equity award of restricted stock units valued at approximately $14,000.
