Effective June 20, 2024, Jeff McCall, Executive Vice President of Lennar Corporation since January 2020, will transition to a non-executive role. McCall, who joined Lennar in 2018 following its acquisition of CalAtlantic, has been instrumental in improving the company's IT systems and served as COO of Quarterra Group, Lennar's Multifamily business subsidiary.McCall will remain with Lennar until March 1, 2025, to assist with the transition of his Quarterra-related duties and work on special projects. During this period, he will maintain his current compensation and benefits. His previously granted equity awards will continue to vest as per existing terms, while his fiscal 2024 annual cash incentive award remains discretionary.As of the effective date, McCall will no longer be an executive officer of Lennar or an officer for Section 16 purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Lennar acknowledges McCall's significant contributions, particularly in transforming Quarterra to align with Lennar's core mission of building a healthy housing market.
