Luo brings extensive experience to the role, having worked in similar capacities at Herbalife International, Inc., The Chemours Company, and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, as well as Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Luo's compensation package includes an annual base salary of $315,000, the potential for an annual bonus, a one-time sign-on bonus, stock options, and restricted stock units, all subject to certain conditions and committee approvals.
