(“RUIPU LANJUN”) ISSUED A PROFIT WARNING, ANNOUNCING THAT IT WILL RECORD A NET LOSS OF BETWEEN RMB18 BILLION AND RMB 20 BILLION FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2023, A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE FROM THE NET LOSS OF RMB 4.5 BILLION IN THE SAME PERIOD IN 2022.
