According to data, in 2023, the property market completed more than 117.26 million transactions throughout the year, an increase of 80.27%; the total annual transaction volume reached 25.38 trillion yuan, an increase of 12.79% over the previous year, and the scale of transactions grew steadily, reaching another record high. Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, in the 12 years from 2012 to 2023, the property rights market has developed by leaps and bounds, with a cumulative transaction volume exceeding 130 trillion yuan, reaching 138.8 trillion yuan, with an average annual compound growth rate of 24.6%, contributing “property wisdom” and “property power” to promoting China's economic and social development and achieving market-based allocation of factor resources.
