Fourteen departments including the Ministry of Commerce issued the “Action Plan to Promote Trade-In of Consumer Goods”. The plan is proposed to cultivate and expand used car operators. Support the transfer of used car sales from brokerage to distribution, encourage automobile manufacturers to carry out business such as used car replacement and manufacturer certification, encourage used car dealers to provide vehicle warranty services, encourage local use car dealerships to carry out hierarchical classification management, and promote used car branding and large-scale development. Implement management measures for used car exports, improve the quality of used car exports, enhance the ability of used car exporters to operate internationally, and support their continuous expansion of overseas markets.
