Wind data shows that on June 24, 15 A-share companies released announcements related to private placements. Among them, 3 companies disclosed stock private placement proposals, 8 private placement proposals were approved by the shareholders' meeting, 2 private placement proposals were approved by the Exchange, 1 private placement plan was halted, and 1 company's private placement plan has been completed. From the latest disclosed private placement proposals that day, Ningxia Orient Tantalum Industry and Baijiete had the highest proposed fundraising amounts, with plans to raise no more than 1.2 billion yuan and 1 billion yuan respectively. So far this year, 65 companies have announced that their private placement plans have been completed, with 29 companies' private placement amounts exceeding 1 billion yuan.
