Li Yan has been appointed as the new Chairman of FEngineering Fund, succeeding the former Chairman who retired.

FEngineering Fund has also undergone a change in chairmanship. He Yagang has stepped down as Chairman due to retirement, and Li Yan has been appointed as the new Chairman of the company starting from May 28. Public information shows that Li Yan has held positions in various Financial Institutions such as Ping An Insurance (Group), Ping An Life Insurance, Ping An Securities, and Ping An Asset Management, and served as a special assistant to the president of Beijing University Founder Group. He has been with Founder Securities since January 2023 and currently serves as a Director, member of the Executive Committee, Vice President, Financial Head, and Secretary of the Board of Directors; he also holds positions as the underwriting sponsor Director and Financial Head of Founder Securities, Vice Chairman of Credit Suisse Securities (China), Chairman of Founder Securities (Hong Kong) Financial Holdings, and Director of Founder and Sheng Investment.
