2. Stop implementing the additional tariff measures stipulated in the “Notice of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Adjusting Additional Tariff Measures on Imported Goods Originating in the United States” (Inland Revenue Commission Notice No. 5 of 2025) and the “Notice of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on Adjusting Additional Tariff Measures on Imported Goods Originating in the United States” (Inland Revenue Commission Notice No. 6 of 2025).
