Due to reaching retirement age, He Yagang has applied to resign from his positions as Director, Chairman of the Executive Committee, Member of the Executive Committee, and President of the company, with Vice President Jiang Zhijun stepping in as the new company President and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Since 2003, He Yagang has held positions including Assistant to the President, Vice President, Member of the Executive Committee, President, and Chairman of the Executive Committee, witnessing and leading multiple reforms in governance and strategic transformation within the company.
