The annual reports of A-share listed companies for 2024 have been disclosed. As of 21:00 on April 29, 2024, 5,304 companies released their annual reports, among which 2,546 companies achieved year-on-year growth in net income attributable to shareholders of listed companies. The reports indicate that listed companies are accelerating the forging of new productivity, with strategic emerging industries becoming a core force driving transformation, injecting tremendous momentum into China's economy towards a new, intelligent, and future-oriented direction. From the perspective of dividends, 5,294 listed companies have announced their profit distribution plans for 2024. Among them, 3,638 companies plan to distribute cash dividends, accounting for 68.68%, with a total planned distribution of 1.65 trillion yuan. Excluding financial stocks, companies such as CHINA MOBILE, Petrochina, China Shenhua Energy, Kweichow Moutai, CNOOC, and Midea Group Co., Ltd are among those with the highest planned dividend amounts.
