Tong Weihua, the Party Secretary and Director of the Hebei Securities Regulatory Bureau, led a team to Hbis for research.

On April 23, under the guidance of the Listing Division of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Hebei Securities Regulatory Bureau, in conjunction with the Provincial Financial Office, the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Agricultural Bank Of China Hebei Branch, and the Xinhua News Agency Hebei Branch, conducted research at Hbis. Liu Jian, Party Secretary and Chairman of Hbis Group, held discussions with Tong Weihua at the Hbis R&D Center to jointly support and strengthen the growth of listed companies. Liu Jian stated that in the future, Hbis will better play the role of a major Shareholder, enhance communication with regulatory authorities and Financial Institutions, increase efforts and innovate methods in capital operations, fully support the development of listed companies, continuously improve their quality, and make greater contributions to the economic and social development. Tong Weihua stated that in recent years, with strong support from Hbis Group, its listed companies, Hbis Company Limited, Hbis Resources, and Caida Securities, have operated in a standardized manner, achieving significant progress in all areas. Moving forward, the Hebei Securities Regulatory Bureau will strengthen regulatory oversight while supporting Hbis’s listed companies to grow larger and stronger.
