To promote the opening of key industry fields, in the telecommunications sector, pilot tasks include removing foreign investment shareholding limitations on service businesses, such as app stores and Internet access; encouraging the development of the data annotation industry, improving the data trading market system, and supporting the development of new formats and new models such as "data processing."
