Today (April 18), with the final batch of concrete precisely injected into the middle span of the left side of the Shangyou River super bridge, it marks the successful closure of the control project of the Suida Expressway, meaning that all the bridges along the line have been fully connected, laying a solid foundation for the overall operation of the Suida Expressway this year. The Shangyou River super bridge of the Suida Expressway spans the Shangyou River in the town of Doushui, Shangyou County, Ganzhou City. This bridge is invested by the Jiangxi Transportation Investment Group, and the Jiangxi Provincial Transportation Engineering Group Co., Ltd. is responsible for the specific construction. As a key and challenging project of the entire Suida Expressway, the Shangyou River super bridge is 1,419 meters long, adopts a 7-section 24-span design, and has a maximum span of 160 meters.
